Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The room was spacious inside, but unfortunately, it was right outside the noisy elevator which made it quite unpleasant. On the bright side, cleanliness was not an issue during our stay. The service from staff members was exceptional, especially considering our previous experiences at other hotels. The location was ideal, offering easy access to the freeway and plenty of dining options nearby. However, the facilities were lacking in some aspects, notably with a malfunctioning pancake machine during part of our stay.
